Tracy Callahan
Divorce Coaches Academy® Founder, ADRDC™
Tracy is a pioneer in divorce coaching who has led education and professional development in the field for over a decade. With nearly two decades of experience in dispute resolution, she brings the practical expertise and leadership needed to advance the divorce coaching profession. A Certified Divorce Coach, Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator, Florida Court-Appointed Parenting Coordinator, and New York Unified Court Mediator, Tracy is an educator, author, and presenter whose work connects professional standards with the realities of practice. Through divorce coach education, mentoring, and peer consultation, she prepares divorce coaches to navigate complex conflict and support informed client decision-making.
Debra Doak
Divorce Coaches Academy®, Trainer, ADRDC™
Debra Doak is an educator at Divorce Coaches Academy® whose work has contributed to the training and development of divorce coaches. She is a Certified Divorce Coach, Certified Divorce Financial Analyst, Ohio Supreme Court trained mediator, and betrayal trauma specialist.
Debra brings experience as an instructor, mentor coach, group facilitator, and public speaker to her teaching. Her work addresses the financial and emotional complexity of divorce, including the challenges of high conflict relationships. She is also the author of the bestselling book High Conflict Divorce for Women. Through her teaching, writing, and mentorship, Debra has helped divorce coaches develop a deeper understanding of the clients they serve.
Anne-Marie Cade
Director of Learning and Development - Australia, ADRDC™
Anne-Marie is an award-winning lawyer and mediator, a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner, Certified Divorce Coach and Parenting Co-ordinator as well as a speaker, trainer and lecturer in law. She has a Masters in Family Dispute Resolution and Negotiation and was named Australian Mediator of the Year 2023.
Nikki Bould
Director of Learning and Development - New Zealand, ADRDC™
Nikki is a Certified Divorce Coach, an Accredited Mediator, Professional Member of Resolution Institute and Co-Founder of DSCINZ – the Divorce and Separation Coaches Institute of New Zealand. She is an experienced trainer, communication coach, executive coach and mentor and business owner.
Nada Hariri
Director of Learning & Development - Arabian Gulf, ADRDC™
Nada is the first Certified Divorce Coach in Saudi Arabia and has worked with hundreds of Arab clients all over the Gulf Area. She is an experienced coach, group facilitator, mentor, and presenter. Nada is finishing her Master's in family counseling. Her 2nd book, “Divorce in Peace”, is the first in-depth divorce guidance written in Arabic.
Dori Braddell

Dori is a Certified Divorce Coach, DCA® PMDC, DCC, and CCDC who specializes in working with clients who are facing complex legal and financial aspects of divorce. She believes the right support for both the emotional and logistical aspects of divorce saves clients time, money, stress and most importantly, reduces the impact on their children.
