She leads curriculum development, professional education, and training initiatives designed to strengthen competency, ethical practice, conflict literacy, and professional standards within the field of divorce coaching. Through DCA®, Tracy has trained professionals internationally to work more effectively with the conflict dynamics, decision-making challenges, and communication patterns that frequently emerge during divorce and family transition.
A trainer, author, and podcast host, Tracy regularly develops educational programs addressing divorce conflict, family transition, mediation, ethics, professional boundaries, decision-making, and alternative dispute resolution. She is co-host of the Divorce Coaches Academy® Podcast and writes about the intersection of conflict, human behavior, divorce decision-making, and the evolving role of divorce coaching within the broader dispute resolution field.
Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Arts from New York University, where she also previously served as an adjunct faculty member. She maintains advanced professional training in family and divorce mediation, parenting coordination, conflict resolution, and relationship dynamics.
At the center of Tracy’s work is a simple principle: conflict does not have to be eliminated before people can make better decisions. When conflict is understood and approached intentionally, individuals can develop greater clarity, communicate more effectively, and make informed choices about what comes next.
