It's not generic coaching, it's not toxic positivity, and we don't encourage conflict. We believe in people's ability to seek their own peaceful solutions to their disagreements - they just need a little help from you!
The DCA™ Certification Process begins with a 10-week hybrid educational curriculum including both video-based and live learning. It's the best of both worlds that works around your busy life.
You're busy and we know it. Our learning content is delivered via pre-recorded video so you can watch whenever it works for you. Each week's module consists of approximately 90 minutes of training and coaching demos broken into 3-4 lessons so you can spread them throughout your week.
You'll get access to your own personal dashboard. After watching the videos for each weekly training module, you'll complete about 30 minutes of personal reflections or exercises to reinforce what you've just learned. At the end of the program, you can download your workbook to keep as a reference tool.
But I have questions! We hope you do. After you complete the videos and workbook, you'll hop on a 90-minute live Zoom calls with the instructors. General/US program calls are held Tues 3pm ET, Wed 7pm ET and Thurs 12pm ET; Australian program calls are Tues 8am AEST and Thurs 7pm AEST.
DCA's unique approach to mentorship gives you access to experienced divorce coaches to successfully guide you through implementing all the skills and tools you learned.
You can trust that you're getting the best. Each DCA™ mentor is an established, successful professional divorce coach who has been hand-picked because of their skill in developing and working with new coaches. They're pros.
You'll be matched with1-2 other students and assigned a mentor to work with over a 9-week period. Taking turns acting as the coach, client and observer in mock coaching scenarios gives you the opportunity to put your learning into action.
It really works! Students tell us time and time again that mentoring made the difference. You'll go from having knowledge to feeling confident you have the skills to work as a professional divorce coach. Your mentor helps you turn practice into practical.
