About the ELEVATE Program

Rolling Admission
Because ELEVATE is a fully self-paced, self-study program, you can enroll and begin learning whenever it fits your schedule. All course materials are available immediately upon enrollment, allowing you to move through the curriculum on your own timeline and at a pace that works for your commitments.
Self-Paced
All course materials are available immediately upon enrollment—there is no weekly release schedule. Unlike cohort-based learning, ELEVATE is fully self-paced, allowing you to progress through the program on your own timeline and at a pace that fits your professional and personal commitments. Each module includes approximately 90 minutes of video-based learning.
Office Hours
You’re not entirely on your own. Participants have access to twice-monthly office hours with the Director of Learning in their country (Canada, United States, or Australia) for questions, guidance, and learning support throughout the program.
Office hour schedules vary by country and will be provided upon enrollment.
Live Practicums
Once you complete the video learning modules and your workbook, sign up for 2 live practicums to practice your new ADR skills. Meet with fellow students and a professional mentor and work through mock coaching scenarios.
Final Video
Submit a final 45-minute video of a coaching session with a "client" of your choice to demonstrate mastery of the DCA core processes of RESOLVE, IMPACT and FLOW and the ADR frameworks and approach to divorce coaching.
Certification & CEU's
Once all requirements have been met, you'll receive your certificate of completion and be awarded 25 CEU's. You'll also be eligible to be listed on the DCA® Coach Locator and for referral to our partner organizations.
