About the ELEVATE Program

Rolling Admission
Because ELEVATE is a self-study program, you can enroll and start learning whenever it's convenient for you and your schedule. Enroll today and your first lesson will be immediately available to start watching.
Self-Paced
A new lesson will be released each week for 11 weeks, but there's no rush. Take as much time as you need to work through the material. Each week's module includes approximately 90 minutes of video learning.
Office Hours
You're not totally on your own. Tracy and Debra are available for office hours twice a month to chat and answer questions.
1st Thurs 2 - 3:00 pm ET
3rd Wed 6 - 7:00 pm ET
Live Practicums
Once you complete the video learning modules and your workbook, sign up for 2 live practicums to practice your new ADR skills. Meet with fellow students and a professional mentor and work through mock coaching scenarios.
Final Video
Submit a final 45-minute video of a coaching session with a "client" of your choice to demonstrate mastery of the DCA core processes of RESOLVE, IMPACT and FLOW and the ADR frameworks and approach to divorce coaching.
Certification & CEU's
Once all requirements have been met, you'll receive your certificate of completion and be awarded 25 CEU's. You'll also be eligible to be listed on the DCA® Coach Locator and for referral to our partner organizations.
